We want a new IT Service Manager to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!
As Service Manager for Guest Services you will have the overall technical responsibility for Scandic’s guest facing systems such as TV, telephony, digital signage, door locks and much more. In this role you will actively keep up with technology trends and help us further develop and create a great hotel experience for all guests in our 280 hotels, but also to do good for society and our planet. You will act as an important bridge between our business and technical functions.
In close collaboration with our stakeholders from the commercial team such as Brand and Marketing, Technical Services and Hotel Operations you will utilize and develop the solutions in the best possible way for Scandic.

This is a full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT, a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. We have a warm and friendly approach and love welcoming new members to our team.
