Anyfin is a fintech company based in Stockholm. We provide smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one simple vision: to improve the world’s financial health.
So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Germans and Norwegians save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. Who you are
We are looking for a legal counsel to drive the Data Privacy work at Anyfin. You will play a key role in enabling us to move forward on a quick and sustainable journey, with a truly impactful product that actually improves people’s finances. As a part of Anyfin’s Legal & Compliance team, you will work closely with our General Counsel and your scope will involve enabling the organisation through providing your expertise on a number of legal matters with a focus on Data Privacy. Common tasks include, but are not be limited to: review agreements, answer questions about marketing - and consumer credit regulations.

We believe you
- Have an European degree in law
- Have 3-5 years experience from either a law firm and/or privacy related work within tech, fintech, e-commerce or similar industries
- Have excellent communication skills in English
- Love to find solutions to complex problems
What you will do
- Assist the organization with assessing different types of legal risks
- Develop and execute business aligned data privacy
- Maintain relevant policies, frameworks and guidelines relating to e.g. GDPR
- Work closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders on data privacy related topics
- Hold trainings on data privacy for the rest of the organization
- Lead and continuously improve the governance and management of privacy to reflect changing technology, regulatory requirements, and industry standard methodologies
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve as Anyfin’s Data Protection Officer

What do we do?
Anyfin is a smart financial-app where you get a great overview of your spendings, income, subscriptions and much more. We also provide a service that helps lowering the cost of consumer loans and credits by reducing high interests, and removing unnecessary fees. Overall, the app is a great tool to understand your finances better.

Our journey so farOur journey so far
2017Founded; Sven, Filip and Mikael got together in a small room in Stockholm, figuring out how to help people with their finances in the best way.
2018We were publically launched with our first product - Refinancing. Our Series A investment round of 47 million SEK was secured and we started growing.
2019Time to explore markets outside of Sweden - Finland is launched! We also moved to our current office on Drottninggatan in Stockholm. On top of that we secured our second investment round (Series A+) of 80 million SEK.
2020We launched several new products; Credit Block, The bridge, Monthly Economy and Subscriptions. We also doubbled in size from 40 to 80 employees and got our Series B investment of 300 million SEK.
2021We broadened our scope and launched Anyfin in Germany. We grew to 130 employees. Our fourth investment, Series B+ of 450 million SEK.
2022We became 180 employees and went live in Norway! We launched Savings and Bill Smoothing. Opened our German office and got our Series C investment of 320 million SEK.
