Senior Specialist, Learning & Development
As Senior Specialist, Learning & Development, based in our Iasi office, you’ll be part of the global Learning & Organization Development Center of Excellence. As a team we strive to support the business and provide Baswareans a first-class employee experience through high-quality learning & development solutions as well as activities that promote and develop the Basware culture.
You will be contributing to a wide range of activities including coordinating the delivery of our global leadership and self-leadership training programs, administrating our learning management system and other L&D tools and platforms, curating content in our e-learning platforms, and supporting during the annual employee engagement survey process. In addition, you may participate in other duties as defined in the role. You will report to Senior Manager, Learning and Organization Development.

This position is a fixed term maternity leave replacement.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating Basware leadership and self-leadership training programs and other learning solutions (e.g. 270/360 assessments, team development tools) by co-operating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Acting as the main administrator for our learning and development platforms and tools
Curating e-learning content
Supporting in our annual employee engagement survey
Maintaining and developing learning related instructions and process descriptions
Advertising our learning offering to Baswareans through various channels
Depending on need as well as your interest and previous experience, you may also contribute to different L&D development projects and culture-building activities
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have
Previous experience in coordinating training programs, ideally in a global setting
Strong knowledge of learning management systems
Good Microsoft Office 365 skills, experience in SharePoint is a plus
Excellent communications skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
Good organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
A customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive and positive make-it-happen attitude
