In this context Capgemini is looking for a Head of Commercial and Contract Management (CCM)
Location: Brussels
Travel: occasional to Luxemburg or France
Your role:
You will be partnering with bid teams in developing sales agreements , partnership contracts and sub-contracts for key deals .
You will exercise your considerable experience in converting business intent into the appropriate terms and conditions for complex projects, in conjunction with legal team.
You will display knowledge and experience of developing terms and conditions and scheduled that have a significant impact in terms of revenue and risk.
You will lead negotiations for strategic deals with key clients and partners to secure an appropriate allocation of risk ownership with each party.
You will advise as a senior on the successful delivery of high value and complex contracts, using your understanding of commercial and strategic business drivers and your proven ability to rapidly identify and resolve complex issues with creativity, for high value business outcomes.
You will forge strong relationships both internally and externally.
You have the ability to analyse complex problems and identify key issues and risks and to deliver solutions that balance competing commercial factors.
You will provide thought leadership and creativity in finding responsive ways to meet customers’ needs and proposing solutions to resolve positively complex situations
You will be supporting the delivery teams to manage change throughout the life of existing contracts.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering contract awareness sessions.
You are also responsible for implementing companies’ commercial compliance policies.
Our ideal candidate:
Experienced negotiator of B2B contracts + 10 years in private and/ or public sector is a must
Academic qualification in either Business Administration or Finance or Legal is a big plus
World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) advanced practitioner certification would be a plus.
Personal Skills:
Great team player, strong communication skills
ability to work under pressure with sometimes tight deadlines
ability to deliver on the job trainings
ability to draft terms and conditions
Good working knowledge of financial evaluation of deals.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English both written and spoken
French is nice to have
