Epassi is looking for Product Owner to Stockholm, Sweden. In this role as Product Owner you will be a part of our Product Team and your goal is to build the leading payments and benefit platform in Europe. This is a great opportunity to cooperate with many departments like sales, marketing, tech and finance.
As a Product Owner you will:
Manage and refine the requirements for a development team
Prioritize development work towards a team
Oversee the development phases of development initiatives
Synchronize dependencies between tech teams
Communicate with the stakeholders and gather feedback
Participate in the daily meetings, planning meetings, reviews and demos, retrospectives and other necessary meetings needed in development
Follow up that the development initiatives reaches its goals
Participate in quality assurance
Lead the future vision work in the respective area of the product

You’re a great fit if you have:
Good knowledge of agile development methods
Good knowledge of software and service development
Previous Product Owner or Product Manager experience
Good understanding of payment industry
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment dealing with complex challenges
Ability to work independently, also as a part of a team
Ability to lead a development team
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
As a person, you are:
Work experience in fintech industry is seen as an advantage.
