Business Consulting, Associate / Consultant Level, Milan

The team is based in Milan and we deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare, manufacturing and mobility. Our clients’ businesses are often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, operations footprint as well as client and partner acquisition. From the office in Milan we cover Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a candidate at an Associate or Consultancy level (ranging from recent graduates to talents with up to four years of working experience – your position and compensation will be based on your seniority), who will play a critical role in leading projects related to commercial excellence and revenue growth.

You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in Italy, as well as the rest of Europe and globally.

You will be working in project teams collecting, analyzing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will travel in the region with our clients on a regular basis.

You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong and dedicated team, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in analyzing market drivers as well as interacting with senior business leaders.

Skills & Requirements

Who are we looking for?

As a person, we are looking for someone who is a team player, with a business-oriented mindset and a positive "can do attitude".

Technical Skills:

  • Recently graduated or up to ~4 years of relevant experience from management consulting or a business development role*

  • Higher academic degree, probably a Master of Science in Business, Administration or/and Engineering

  • A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, Italian & Swedish is a requirement

Soft Skills:

  • You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
  • You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges

  • Self-motivator and accountable team player

A Plus:

  • Proficiency in French/Spanish/Greek

  • If you have professional experience from Italy or Greece and/or working experience from a consulting, in-house strategy or business development role, it is a strong advantage.

  • You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working

*Depending on your experience and qualifications, we will discuss a position as an Associate or a Consultant.

This role is initially a 1-year contract.
