About the teams:

• Production Engineering team: Our Production Engineers are the main bridge between commissioning phase and production ramp up. They work closely with the Process Engineers as Process Team finalize commissioning and prepare the production team to take over the lines. Once the production has started, the Production Engineer is reviewing performance and yield of the lines and launch projects to reduce the top losses in both categories. As the initial full data collection for performance and yield is not yet available, the Production Engineering group will work to enhance the data collection strategy while simultaneously working with the information available. This role will allow you to enhance your current understanding of the equipment and process and utilize it to create a path to a zero-loss concept to optimize the line and maintain quality performance.

• Process Engineering team: The process Engineering team is responsible for working with suppliers and a cross functional NV team for equipment design after purchase order, through FAT at the supplier site all the way to commissioning and process engineering before handover to manufacturing. They will be the liaison between the commissioning lessons learned being translated into future improved design. This role will allow you to take your understanding of the current equipment and processes, and utilize it to pave the way for future upgrades and designs, contributing to the launch of cutting edge cell manufacturing equipment.

• Industrial Automation team : You will be part of the engineering team improving and maintaining the factory automation system. Working intimately with the design team to design and implement a highly automated production process, as well as with the Software Engineering Team, responsible for the higher-level system such as MES, ERP and PLM. The production environment has very high demands on cleanness, up-time to reach the set quality level, production efficiency and traceability. It will require a combination of proven technologies and design of new innovative solutions. We will work with the best solution providers globally.

• Material Flow team: This team develops the flow inside of the factories ground (inside and outside). Therefore, they work closely with interface partners from layout, process material flow, warehousing, logistics, quality, rework, construction, and offices. This function has the governance of all flows beside the process material flow. The responsibility is to design, optimize and balance the flows of finished goods, parts, and people with the target to eliminate congestions, stoppages of production lines and MUDA. Collaboration with highly technical cross-functional teams is needed to ensure the factory throughput, efficient support functions and that the factory utilizes the available space most efficient.
