Back end Java Developer

We are looking for a Back End Java Developer to integrate one of our big clients.

Tasks

  • Development of back-end website applications.
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
  • Implement core business logic.
  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Design and develop APIs.
  • Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
  • Writing clean, functional code on the back-end.
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
  • Write technical documentation.

Your profile

  • Bachelor level with at least 5 years of experience in Java development, Spring Boot and JPA
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle and SQL
  • At least 3 years of experience in Webservices (SOAP, Rest)
  • At least 2 years of experience in GIT
  • At least 1 year of experience in Agile
  • At least 1 year of experience in Agile toolbox (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English and French
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
