Our Utrecht office is a tight-knit team of experienced pros and young talent, where collaboration and performance go hand in hand. What you will do

  • Engage with medium and large enterprises, connecting with key decision-makers nationwide.
  • Prospect for new leads, transforming potential into valuable partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships through effective networking and relationship selling.
  • Represent Lime at industry conferences and trade shows to showcase our solutions.
  • Lead customer meetings, both in-person and virtual, to deepen client connections.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to enhance workflows and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

    Skills & Requirements

    Who you are

    • Strong experience driving the full sales cycle, with a passion for customer acquisition and creating long-term customer connections.
    • Proven success in B2B sales, especially within the fast-paced SaaS environment.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, able to communicate confidently in both languages.
    • Skilled at engaging decision-makers and delivering compelling, benefit-focused presentations.
    • Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and their impact in business growth.
    • A proactive, goal-driven team player who thrives on closing deals and embracing new challenges.

      A great start

      With our solid induction programme, you will receive training in our products, sales psychology, sales processes, presentation techniques and customer service. You will become an expert in making companies more efficient and profitable and come into contact with a wide range of sectors and industries from day one.

      The process

      This is an ongoing process, i.e. we go through the recruitment process continuously until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen CVs and cover letters. This is followed by interviews, a practical case study and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils.
