Epassi is growing and we are looking for a QA Engineer to Łódź, Poland. In this role as a QA Engineer you will be part of inspiring, innovative and low hierarchy level company, which allows everyone to have their voice heard. This is a great opportunity to cooperate with many departments like sales, marketing, product and finance.

As a QA engineer:

• You will be contributing to QA roadmap and quality assurance way of working improvements in the organization across product, engineering, UX and design teams

• You will be part of supporting product and tech (mobile and backend) teams on sound practices to drive high quality of the delivered features and the product

• You will work on assisting product and tech teams with test scenarios definition, acceptance criteria & validation of important product quality and corner-case requirements

• You will be coordinating quality assurance and automation testing strategies (integration, performance, acceptance, exploratory, alpha and beta programmes) in mobile and backend and coordinating manual and exploratory testing events

• You will be mentoring and supporting engineering teams on testable architectures and code and processes for automated testing (mobile and backend)

You will be a great fit if you have:

• About 2 years or more of experience on similar role

• Experience / familiarity of Continuous Testing and BDD concepts

• Experience in definition of product quality assurance, testing and automation strategies for mobile, web and backend applications

• Familiarity of some of the testing frameworks and tools (i.e. Cucumber, Espresso, Appium, TestFlight, Selenium, Cypress)

• Basic coding skills and tests automation experience are an advantage but not mandatory

• Working proficiency in English
