We are looking for talented System administrator with a clear focus on Microsoft 365 and Windows environment and that wants to participate in building the success story of DigitalRoute.

You will be part of our Internal IT team and you will have an important role in our journey to become a key business enabler for our organization. You will contribute and continuously improve our structure and processes.

We have a comprehensive technical platform based on virtualization (VMware), Microsoft 365, and Azure. We run both Linux and Windows and the infrastructure is primarily hosted by an outsourcing partner.
Our workplace IT consists of both Windows and Apple which requires knowledge about both platforms.

What you'll do

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and governance of all hosted solutions
• Architect, design, and implement a secure and reliable infrastructure
• Proactive work with lifecycle management and outage prevention
• Monitor and maintain platform integrations
• Own, manage, tune, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 platform applications including Intune
• Automate processes with scripting
• Collaborate and follow up with our IT outsourcing partner to secure a well-balanced relationship
• Challenge and improve the current processes, infrastructure, and way of working

What you'll bring

• Have proven System administrator experience (3-5 years)
• Have experience and worked with MDM (Intune), Azure AD, Conditional access, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, SSL/TLS, API, PostgreSQL, SQL, WAP, Networking and Monitoring, Microsoft Defender EDR and Vulnerability management
• Are comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across the internal departments
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Swedish is a merit but not a requirement)
• Can easily create and troubleshoot scripts in PowerShell
• Emphasizes the mindset “security by design”
• Have experience working in an ISO27001, ISO9001 and SOC2 organisation (a merit - not a requirement).
• Are an adaptable and pragmatic problem solver
• Emphasizes the importance and takes pride in system documentation
• Have experience and are curious about cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
