KPMG Case Tour 2023

Are you ready to make your mark?
2023 marks KPMG’s 100-year anniversary, and a century of collaboration. This spring we are challenging talented students across the country to apply to the KPMG Case Tour. Practice your case skills in collaboration with your team and our experts, pitch to our leaders, and show us how you turn insights into opportunities - for the next 100.

The Case Tour - four events in four cities
Are you a student looking to elevate your case- and pitch skills in collaboration with your team? Curious about Management Consulting, Risk Consulting or Deal Advisory and want to get ahead as you are about to enter your professional life? Then this is the event for you!

The tour will touch down in four university cities during April/May, where we will host half day events during the following afternoons:

  • Lund (in collaboration with Lundaekonomerna) 25 April
  • Stockholm 26 April
  • Gothenburg 3 May
  • Linköping (in collaboration with ELIN) 10 May

The case competition
Imagine a client is looking to expand their business, meanwhile the new reality has brought profound challenges within e.g., ESG, technology, and innovation. To face those challenges and accelerate its business, the client has turned to you. You and your team’s mission is to offer a solution by creating insights and turn those insights into opportunities. Finally, your team will pitch your solutions in front of the client, represented by KPMG senior experts.

The group that best convince the client, wins the competition!

And do not worry, you don't need to prepare anything in advance - our experienced consultants will give you all the necessary details and provide you with coaching in case solving during the event.

We will look for new ways of thinking, strong analytical skills, teamwork and the ability to present the group’s ideas in a coherent manner. Of course, there will be a prize for the winning team.

Skills & Requirements

You apply for one of the four events, either as a team or as an individual (in which case we will place you in a team). Please ensure you meet the following requirements before applying:

  • All students must be enrolled in a university program in Sweden
  • Each team will consist of 5 to 6 members (for Stockholm 5 to 7 members)
  • There must be at least one female and one male in the team

We would love to see teams with mixed study areas, but it's not a requirement. The case will include elements of Management Consulting, Risk Consulting, and Deal Advisory.

Are you ready to make your mark? We look forward to receive your application!
