At ReQtest you’ll be an integral part of the growing sales team. Our process and ways of working are adaptions of the theory of Predictable Revenue. We focus on specialization and collaboration between the sales team of hunters, closers and farmers.

Your role as Customer Success Manager means that you’ll be our farmer, realizing the true potential value and growth of ReQtest with our top global customers, like Schneider Electric, H&M, and Schibsted through hands-on support, onboarding, and presenting solutions and guidance to make our customers happy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic initiatives with our top-tier customers
  • Develop customer education, on-boarding, and implementation plans to provide user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and new users by setting objectives which result in basic product functionality and provide advanced training in order to develop existing users
  • Maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low utilization and providing solutions to further drive customer success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the end users and their management to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to achieve agreed operational priorities, leading to full business value
  • Provide best practices to help drive user behavior and adoption in product and map ReQtest solutions to existing customer workflows
  • Manage broad set of customers from different industries, in a high pace.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product, sales, and marketing team
  • Generate opportunities for upsell and hand over to sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Follow up on KPI’s and measure customer success, increase customers life time value and reduce churn rate.
  • Communicate the progress of an account plan internally and externally
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
  • Evangelize the ReQtest vision through product demonstrations, and account specific initiatives

Skills & Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior inside sales experience and customer support is a plus
  • Experience of 2+ years of B2B Customer Success, Account Management, Training, and or in QA management (preferably SaaS).
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills everyone from help-desk to end users to C-level executives
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage a large number of customer situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Sustain success in customer base growth
  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
  • Fluent in at least swedish and english.
