At ReQtest you’ll be a integral part of the sales team that is growing. We focus on specialization and collaboration between the sales team of hunters, closers and farmers.

Your role as Account Executive means that you’ll be our closer, leading the transition of qualified leads to new business in our sales team. Working centrally in sales, by adding more happy customers to our portfolio while leading strategic initiatives, and always coming back to us making sure we use your feedback to improve the team, products, and ReQtest as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and close high-level business in a fast moving sales environment
  • Facilitate an effective transition of won business to Customer Success Managers
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product- and marketing team
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with sales management on the pipeline status
  • Evangelize the ReQtest vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.
  • Ability to travel (~10%)

Skills & Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to be in technology sales
  • Experience of 5-10 years of high B2B sales (preferably SaaS), working with a CRM platform.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Sustain success in acquiring new business or customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
