What you'll do
As a services operations coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing recurring monthly tasks such as follow-up on delivery KPIs, utilization, time sheets, delivery margins, and similar. Also, analyzing data, and trends and looking for improvements within our services business will be part of your tasks. You will be doing this together with a team of 5 people.
You will work closely with our global delivery teams to understand the progress and based on that determine the estimated time for completion of the deliveries and more. You will also be working together with the team on finding trends, patterns, and ways of improvement as a result of working with the gathering of the KPIs such as below:
