Sales Director US

Join us in expanding our successful business to the US market – we are looking for our first American employee, a Sales Director US!

About the Position

As Sales Director US market, you will be accountable for the growth as well as the profit and loss for the expert service practice in the US market. You will adequality build, organize, and develope a sales team with the overall target to ensure Forefront Consulting Inc.’s financial growth on the US market. You will in close collaboration with the President and Group CEO and other key stakeholders, grow the service business within existing and new clients by defining, selling, and delivering expert service engagements. We expect you to use your network and consultative sales experience to proactively identify and pursue leads to grow the business. You will be part of the Forefront Consulting leadership team and will be reporting to the Founder, President & Group CEO, Johan Pettersson.

Candidate profile

The Sales Director US market, is someone who will really appreciate the value of our business model. He/She is an experienced sales leader with a strong drive and proven commercial track record from managerial positions in consulting companies within IT. The candidate needs to have a comprehensive understanding of the US market and the sectors and organisations within it. He/She will be building a sustainable organisational structure that can deliver on strong profitable growth and inspire a strong, performance-oriented culture and attract, motivate, and retain a high calibre team. You are used to working with global and regional clients on an executive level, holding a strong track record of direct selling and delivering service engagements within several relevant areas to our clients, such as;

  • Develop and execute set strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

  • Develop and deliver direct sales within our offerings

  • Build strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.



  • Experience of growth companies and building efficient sales organisations.

  • Commercially focused leader, result and sales-oriented.

  • Proven skills as a Sales Director or similar leadership role.

  • Documented leadership track and P/L responsibility.

Personal Characteristics

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage colleagues, clients and partners.

  • Structured, methodical and non-prestigious with the ability to switch from the overall perspective to details when needed.

  • Good analytical skills, pragmatic and strong in execution.

  • Entrepreneurial in spirit.

  • People oriented with good coaching and team development capability.

  • Open, honest, transparent and trustworthy.

Professionally, you have a university degree in business administration, engineering or a related field. You have extensive, hands-on consulting experience with deep advisory and digital-first skills and are fluent in English. Solid knowledge from Consulting business is required.
