ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
One of Sweden’s top insurance companies are planning to increase standardization on OpenShift to increase productivity and effectiveness of their development teams.
We are now looking for an Expert Trainer that can help our teams of Operations Engineers and Developers to be self-managing on the OpenShift platform.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a OpenShift Trainer you will be responsible for identifying the current skill levels across the teams and develop customized training material for our teams. Our hypothesis is that we will need training on two different levels.
- Beginner
- Intermediate & Expert
To increase the skills and use of OpenShift throughout the enterprise, we are starting a Community of Practice and want you to actively engage and contribute to this forum to ensure the skills and use of the platform stays top notch.
We want to provide training for beginners during May-June 2023 with an option of extension in August.
- May-June
- onsite 3-5 days for identifying goals and training needs
- (15%) Onsite or remote training Wednesdays 1-3 hours (13-17 GMT+1)
- (5%) Remote support & work with CoP
- August - coaching & training
START/LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Desired Start Date: May 2023
Length: To be decided
Termination: 1 Month Mutual
Remote Work : Initial training to be done on site in Sweden or remote.
Comments: The final scope of the agreement and continuous support to be detailed and agreed together.

Skills & Requirements
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Academic Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Fluent in English and good communication skills
- Experience of implementing and maintaining OpenShift platforms with various clients
- Experience as a Trainer on OpenShift
- Ability to travel to Sweden for 3-5 days during initial training and on a quarterly basis.
