CX/UX Design Lead

As a CX/UX Design Lead, you will be part of Bonava’s continuous digitalization and actively contribute to the customer experience; guiding and empowering our customers to find, buy, and move into their new Bonava home. The way we work

You will be part of a growing digital team with professionals and working with modern product development teams, with product owners, developers, UX, and a scrum master.

The Digital team is responsible for the development of new capabilities and functionality for all digital touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey.

You will work in an international context with our seven different markets, and in close collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Bonava’s head office is located at Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Modern product development in an environment where you set your own limits.

About the role

As a CX/UX Design Lead, you will be part of the Group Digital team, working on enhancing the customer journey in terms of CX and UX. For example, you will:

  • Drive the global digital Customer Experience for the leading digital house developer in the Nordics and strengthen the team that drives the digital agenda from a user perspective
  • Facilitate workshops, customer interviews, user tests and be the one who drives the customer experience agenda forward.
  • Guide and support Bonavas development team throughout the development process with CX/UX.
  • Set and be part of various initiatives and together with product owners formulate requirements regarding interaction and user interface
  • Working hands-on with design functionality, navigation, user journeys, story mapping, and user feeds for defined audiences
  • Lead the external monitoring, research, user surveys, focus groups, and prototype and iterate to identify what is important and how the user wants to interact with our interfaces

Skills & Requirements

Experience

To succeed in the role, you must have relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired through previous work experience.

You have several years of experience in Design/CX/UX and have implemented a customer-centric change in a larger organization. You must also have experience in customer insight work and analysis of customer behavior.

It is advantageous if you have experience with a larger organization with customer-driven operations.

About you

To be able to thrive in the role you need strong cooperation skills, the ability to communicate and convince others, and the ability to build and maintain networks within the organization. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to shift from a strategic level into the details.

You feel confident facilitating workshops and working meetings with different kinds of stakeholders. You must be able to communicate a vision and lead the change into new customer-oriented solutions and ways of working.

You will be given a high degree of freedom and thus you need to be able to drive your own work with a high degree of accountability.

Fluency in English is a must and fluency in Swedish is highly meriting.
