Haglöfs is now recruiting a Nordic Trade Marketing Coordinator. Your work location will be our office in Oslo where you will be working closely to our Norwegian Haglöfs team, and you will report directly to our Nordic Marketing Manager, based in our office in Gothenburg. The position is a temporary position from 1st of May 2023 until 21st of April 2024.

Main responsibilities and tasks

As Nordic Trade Marketing Coordinator you will have an active role in increasing and optimizing Haglöfs' presence with important partners in the Nordic outdoor market as well as improve marketing services and partnerships towards Nordic key customers in collaboration with our local sales departments. You will be responsible for marketing activities with selected clients in each market. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for customized Account Marketing Plan including both in-store POS activations as well as 360 digital campaigns
  • Planning and presenting on seasonal marketing meetings with selected customers
  • Adapt customer specific trade marketing toolbox to meet said Account Marketing Plan
  • Follow-up on digital and in-store executions
  • Evaluate and report impact of seasonal campaigns, based on defined set of Sales and Marketing KPIs
  • Coordinate the execution of local Norwegian trade fairs together with local sales team
  • Assist, plan and execute local photoshoots for specific country needs in the Nordics
  • Help with local, mainly Norwegian PR related tasks including but not limited to; send outs for seeding, product testing etc. as well as help in execution of local events and activities

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for you who have the knowledge and experience of various marketing disciplines and have a great interest in the outdoor industry. In more detail you have:

  • A university degree in marketing, communication, PR or Business Administration/Management and/or relevant work experience
  • Good judgement and interpersonal skills
  • Good abilities to create value for several parties
  • Good communication skills
  • Structured, ability to plan and manage projects
  • Experience with MS Office and Adobe CS (Photoshop & InDesign)
