As we continue to expand and grow our business in Ireland, an opportunity exists for an experienced, innovative, and ambitious person who can help design and architect solutions which bring together the best of Sogeti to deliver exceptional value for our customers.
As Lead Solution Architect you will be keenly focused on understanding the needs of existing and prospective clients and work with experts locally and internationally to create and articulate fresh solutions to meet those needs, you are technically strong, able to establish credibility quickly with C-level stakeholders and adept at selling your solutions, both internally and to clients. You are driven, disciplined and curious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with our Sales team to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities of clients, leading discovery calls and workshops where appropriate
- Work with Pre-Sales Leads and Offering Managers within our local portfolios, as well as group Practice Leads, to understand the capabilities we have which can help address those needs
- Combine the necessary offerings and capabilities into solution designs which are heavily focused on business outcomes for our customers and clearly differentiated from our competitors
- Work with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure that these solutions are commercially viable for both our customers and our business
- Articulate the value of our solutions to customers, both verbally and in winning formal and informal responses
- Coach other solution consultants – including Pre-Sales Leads and Offering Managers – in how to improve our offerings and how we share their benefits with prospective customers
Skills & Requirements
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in implementing and delivering IT solutions
- 5+ years experience in architecting and solutioning, preferably in an IT Services context
- Instant credibility when it comes to the implementation of technical, functional and services-based IT solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build a rapport and trust quickly with an audience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thought Leadership in one or more of the following areas:
- Custom Software Development leveraging Cloud & DevOps
- Data Governance, Analysis and Modernization
- Quality Engineering and Testing
- Innovative IT Services Delivery Models
