Demand Generation Manager

We are now facing our biggest expansive phase to date. To further help us realise our vision, we’re on the lookout for a creative, ambitious, and resourceful Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue growth.

Why you will play such an important role

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing the success of Jobylon by developing and optimizing our demand generation programs, from strategy to distribution, content creation and lead nurturing campaigns. Our plan is to become the leading thought leader within the Nordics in 2023 and heavily invest in our marketing activities, which makes it the perfect timing for you to start and impact your journey with us.

You will belong to a super strong sales & marketing team supported by a small but dedicated and experienced in-house team of B2B marketers, content strategists and creators, acquisition specialists, event managers and designers. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing.

What are the key responsibilities?

Your main focus will be to provide valuable content through education and inspiration that empowers our audience, drive thought leadership and creates demand using common B2B content formats. You’ll also be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns to engage our enterprise target accounts and drive high-value deals through well-planned account-based marketing initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis, you will

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing strategies to drive quality and high-intent inbound leads

  • Request, manage and implement content for campaigns from content creators, including web pages, email marketing, social media, and offline channels.

  • Develop and perform multi-channel content distribution plans, preferably using content pillar, lead nurturing and account-based marketing concepts

  • Ensure campaigns, landing pages and other relevant channels are properly set up, implemented, and optimized

  • Performing activities such as webinars and assisting in terms of researching, and conducting the presentation and content.

  • Identify and perform co-marketing initiatives with current and potential partners that support your objectives

  • Work together with our partner agencies, e.g. growth and SEO, to create and maintain high visibility of our generated content

  • Leverage relevant technologies to optimize lead nurturing processes, campaigns, and website experiences

  • Analyze and report on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Skills & Requirements

What type of person are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you should be an experienced, tech-savvy B2B marketer who has worked closely with commercial and creative teams. You are analytical and like to work both strategically and hands-on, managing Hubspot, automated workflows or building landing pages. With your strong commercial mindset, you have the ability to effectively deliver, analyze and report on campaign performance. You also see yourself as a true team player at the same time as you are self-driven and used to working independently.

To succeed in this role, we think you should have

  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing in a B2B

  • Strong experience in distributing content, email marketing and website optimization

  • Excellent understanding of the lead generation, and lead nurture processes as well as reporting on lead generation performance

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, such as Hubspot

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns
