Job Description

Aibidia is looking for Senior Customer Success Managers to join their Customer Success team in Helsinki. The Customer Success team is responsible for post-sale customer coordination, taking care of overall customer satisfaction and expansion. The Customer Success team is part of Aibidia’s Growth team that works in close collaboration with the Product and Subject Matter Experts.

Aibidia is revolutionizing cross-border business management with its digital transfer pricing B2B SaaS solutions. When you start, you’ll first get to know Aibidia’s solution, terminology and how to help clients to configure their existing Transfer Pricing documentation and processes to Aibidia platform. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will

  • Design and implement effective customer success processes and workflows

  • Oversee customer engagement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and help us make data-driven decisions

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses and their use of our products

  • Contribute to the overall customer success strategy, including the development of training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, economics, law, or a related field

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or related field, preferably within Fintech/RegTech and/or consulting

  • Ability to quickly understand complex subject matters related to transfer pricing and finance

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal – other language skills seen as an advantage

  • Capability to take team lead responsibility as the team grows

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
