Now we are looking to introduce a new role into our team, a Revenue Operations Manager, to systematize our revenue operations and make sure Marketing, New Sales and Customer Success work seamlessly towards the same goals.
You might have already some experience from the domain, but we are also open to consider candidates who are new to the field and have the right attitude to build our revenue operations to the next level!
What will you do as a Revenue Operations Manager?
Define and build our Revenue Operations practice to ensure alignment between revenue generating functions
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to create best practices for managing the marketing and sales funnels
Determine a way to measure the pipeline and characteristics that qualify for a certain stage of lead and opportunity in different stages of the funnel
Make sure there is an alignment between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on how the activities in the funnel and pipeline are measured and which are the KPIs
Support sales representatives in understanding what is required to reach their quota
Work with Marketing to track engagement with target accounts and pinpoint the effectiveness of top-of-funnel activities leading to initial meetings and pipeline
Communicate actively within the organization and make sure the targets and KPIs are understood in the organization
Come up with ideas how to improve CRM to better serve the needs of the organization
Understand and find synergies between sales & marketing software: make the most out of our tech stack related to revenue generating activities
Report directly to CFO
Our expectation for you:
Passion to establish and build our Revenue Operations setup at Sievo through effective cross-functional work
Courage to challenge status-quo and find the best ways to setup the function through continuous improvement
Understanding of the sales funnel from the first marketing activities to the deal closure both in new sales and upsales
Proven success in working in a cross-functional setup and delivering tangible results
Fluency in working with data and analytics, capability to see beyond the numbers, detecting causalities
Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Knowledge about CRM systems
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience from Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations, preferably in enterprise software space
Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management
Experience working in B2B SaaS
Experience working with HubSpot, Netsuite and PowerBI
