We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to check in with us in Norway!

We offer an exciting role with varied work in a fast paced environment.

In this position you will act as a very important bridge between Group IT, Hotel Managers, IT Point of Contact’s and hotel & support office staff. You will travel approximately 20% of your time and from what we can foresee now, the region would be the western parts of Norway.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of IT Services to our hotels at New Openings (including take overs), Closings (and Exits), Re-brandings and Renovations as well as in major roll-out projects.
  • Managing IT and Vendor resources to ensure Service Delivery according to set plan.
  • Responsible for the relationship between Group IT and our hotels, specifically follow up and report back regarding Service quality and delivery, drive all Hotels to run IT Services according to current Service Catalogue and roadmaps, managing demands from key stakeholders at the Hotels and Country Management Team as well as train and coach the IT Point of contact’s at the hotels
  • Responsible for the Local IT Infrastructure status, cost follow up etc.
  • Tight and clear collaboration with group IT to improve IT Services and IT Service delivery.

Skills & Requirements

Experiences you bring and share with us:

  • Technical and operational knowledge in regards to network, workplace (PC & OS), TV-systems, telephony, digital signage and other technical hotel/hospitality operation platforms and systems. No experience from hotel/hospitality? No worries! If you think your technical knowledge is a match, please reach out anyhow.
  • Good planning skills and able to manage your own work, ensures deliveries on time with quality.
  • Problem solving attitude. As we all know, things does not always go as planned but we always do our very best to deliver a world class customer experience.
  • Enjoys to improve and refine ways of working.
  • To enjoy this role, you must like to work independently as well as in a team. You also need to enjoy meeting a lot of people and travel to our hotels (mostly in Norway).

Information about the position:

This is a full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT which is a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. In Norway you will be part of a small and lovely IT Service Delivery Manager team.
