If yes, then you should continue reading! We are looking for a People & Culture Manage r to Finland, Espoo. The position is a fixed term replacement for one year, but considering our growth there may well be a possibility of continuation.

Epassi is a multi-wallet mobile payment solution that consists of several employee benefits and payment streams. Our vision is to be the leading mobile payments and benefit platform in Europe. As a company, we are inspiring, innovative and we have a low hierarchy level, which allows everyone to have their voice heard. Currently in Finland we have around 70 employees and all together we are + 150 Epassians, with more to come!

In this position you will have the responsibility of our people operation in Finland. You will also have the lead in developing Talent Acquisition globally. You have great support as you will be joining a People & Culture- team consisting of professionals in all our three countries: Sweden, Finland & Poland.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives that develop culture, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing

• Implement our key people processes and services locally (e.g. on/off boarding, salary review, employee surveys, employee development)

• Partnering with our business, part of the local Management Team in Finland

• Provide day-to-day support to line managers and employees in all people matters
• Manage and coordinate local recruitments (in cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist)

• Manage external supplier relationships and coordinate services (such occupational health care, Auntie mental wellbeing service)

• Develop and maintain local policies and handle compliance matters such as health & safety

• Global ownership of driving and developing Talent Acquisition & Employer branding for the group

Skills & Requirements:

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Previous experience in People operation / HR work and a vision of how great employee experience looks like
• Experience from an international environment and agile growth company
• Knowledge and understanding of Finnish labour laws, principles and practices
• Experience from employer branding and recruitment

• Good project management skills

• Self-guided, hands on with a pro-active attitude

• Professional level of English and Finnish languages

• Great communication skills
• The mindset that our people our biggest asset
