As a Strategic Advisor, you will join our team of leading Data, Analytics & AI experts, which gives us the right competence to help our customers make the right decisions and give them a solid foundation to succeed on their journey towards becoming data driven. Insights & Data has a large team of specialists, and we offer different types of services - consulting, development of digital strategies and roadmaps, design and implementation of AI, IoT, Analytics and Data Management solutions. Of course, supported by cloud architecture and cyber security.

As a Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and recommendations to our clients on how to leverage data and AI to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and challenges and use your strategic thinking skills to develop tailored solutions that drive results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business as well as data and AI. We equally value if you come from either a solid technical background or a more business-oriented role, you thrive in the center of business and technology. You also need excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Previous experience from a consulting or advisory role is a strong advantage.

As a Strategic Advisor, you will guide our clients toward data-driven decisions-making, by implementing Data & AI Solutions.

Your workday will consist of different tasks such as:

• Guiding our clients on how to use Data & Analytics to align with the business strategy and achieve business goals.
• Guiding our clients in the decision making of how to develop their data strategies to align with the business strategy.
• Driving initiatives to create the foundation within data & AI.
• Driving initiatives to create a data driven organization.
• Working with stakeholder management, change management etc.
• Helping our clients with data-driven business development all the way from strategic decision making to implemented solutions

Who You Are

What we are looking for:

• You are a business-oriented person with a strong understanding on what makes organizations work and businesses tick.
• You have experience on working with strategy development, objective setting, follow up etc.
• You have hands on experience of developing data strategies for organizations.
• Hands on experience on how to organize work within the data & analytics field for different kinds of businesses.
• Familiar with data management, data security, and access control in the cloud.
• People with experience from one or more business domains, for example finance, retail, industry, services, telecom, public, energy etc.
• To be able to be successful in the role we believe that you have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management.
• Driven, proactive individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on our clients and our business.

It is not required, but an advantage if you also bring:

• Experience in architecting and designing data solutions using trade-off analysis
• Knowledge of different information architecture patterns
• Experience on how to work with governance and master data within the data & analytics field.
