We are looking for an exceptional Interim (parental leave-cover) Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and other support to our CFO Alex Hartman.
The Executive Assistants at Northvolt plays a critical role for our executives and their teams - you are the hub. With a high level of energy, a clear vision and a passion for organisation you make things run smoothly while flexibly pivoting to accommodate last minute changes. You’re responsible for anticipating the needs of our CFO and his organisation and regularly handling confidential and critical details with a high level of discretion. Yes, we think you are probably some kind of supernatural genius... Not only will you work closely with a great and professional team, but you will also get the chance to be part of building the first and largest European battery factory, playing an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society.
Plan, organize and manage the busy calendar of our CFO
Organize meetings, board/customer/vendors, special events and off-sites
Coordinate travel arrangements
Be a connector, working with the Office Manager, HR, Finance, Communications, Business Development, and other teams to help and synchronize work streams
Special projects as assigned

Full time parental leave cover for 1 year, with a start date of latest March 1st, 2023. This role is a local contract, based full time in Stockholm, but travel will be required, especially to our different sites within Sweden. While this is a fixed term job, due to our continual company growth there will be a high chance of continuing your career at Northvolt after the initial parental leave cover period is over.
Excellent English and Swedish written and oral skills
