With ambitious targets ahead, we are continuing our growth journey as a company. Recruitment is identified as one of the key people areas to enable the company strategy forward. To help us accelerate the journey of our internal Talent Partner team even further, we are looking for a Talent Partner to join our team!

As Talent Partner, you will own your recruitment processes, end to end, ensuring it is created and developed to best support a company in high growth. Being the second internal Talent Acquisition resource onboard, we are offering great opportunities to impact how we at DigitalRoute recruit as well as develop the role itself. You will also play a vital role in our global HR team, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners to ensure we are welded together and have a holistic approach.

What you will do

  • Drive and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes in EMEA, mainly focusing on commercial/revenue-carrying roles
  • Be a trusted partner for our managers on how to best identify, attract, assess, and hire the best talent on the market
  • Be a driving force toward a more data-driven recruitment approach
  • Play a key role in increasing the competence level of recruitment through different enablement and training initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of our global recruitment process and build a world-class candidate experience
  • Partner with Hiring Managers in APAC & AMER, to support and ensure we work in the best way with our external recruitment agencies
  • Collaborate with our HR Business Partners when it comes to Employer Branding initiatives and CSR activities
  • Be a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion champion, always working towards fair and inclusive processes to keep unconscious bias away

What you will bring

  • Passion for talent acquisition with a clear understanding of how a forward-looking TA function operates in today’s talent market
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, from an in-house environment in a software company, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Experience in actively sourcing and identifying the right talent for the right role
  • Experience in recruiting globally
  • Good understanding of how to recruit for complex roles
  • A curious mindset and not shy to come up with innovative ideas and create a structure where needed
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Used English as the main working language

Our global HR team of six people is located at our head office in the city centre of Stockholm. You will report to the SVP Human Resources and partner up with our Talent Partner.
