Product Specialist - Benelux (DUTCH SPEAKING)

As a Product Specialist you will be the expert on all things social, digital, & marketing analytics. You’re a collaborator and sales accelerator, working with our top performers in Client Acquisition (New Business), Client Success, and Marketing within the Benelux region. Whilst providing ongoing sales and renewal support you will act as strategic counsel on industry best practices, product use cases, competitive positioning, and thought leadership for all things social. You will be a part of our EMEA Product Specialist team and report directly to the senior manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a resource for Enterprise Sales, Account Executives and Customer Success teams to provide strategic direction, including guidance on relevant social media and digital strategy.

  • Support Customer Success and Account Executives with a solution-oriented approach to upsell the Meltwater Social suite of products to the existing customer base.

  • Run and support demonstrations of the Meltwater Social Suite.

  • Assist in the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for client meetings leveraging your industry and product knowledge.

  • Clearly articulate Meltwater Social’s value proposition and value drivers and best practices to c-level executives, centered on the business problems we solve for our customers.

  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team across Client Acquisition, Client Success, Account Executives, Product Specialists, Implementation, Marketing, and Engineering.

  • Stay knowledgeable and attuned to the ever-changing social and digital marketing and marketing technology space.

  • Run enablement to share these insights with internal teams, including use cases, competitive positioning and thought leadership.

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Finished WO/HBO degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing & working with, selling into, and/or building long-term relationships with an existing customer base

  • Experience in digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, marketing analytics technology, PR analytics technology, or some combination

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Creativity and enthusiasm with customer-facing presentation

  • Proven skills in working with technology and SaaS offerings, with a curiosity to continuously learn and grow professionally (the growth mindset!)

  • Strong organizational and solution-driven skills

  • Excellent collaboration and internal team-building skills

  • Diligent, disciplined, & accountable – comfortable in performing at a high-level in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to think creatively & outside the box

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English
