Test Engineer / Test Manager for Medical Device Development

For our clients within the Medical Device space, we are looking for an experienced systems Test Engineer/ Test Manager to help us succeed on our larger project engagements.

We are this year focusing on our engagement in Life Science, but will gradually move into other areas e.g. Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 helping the automation, efficiency and sustainability agendas.

As we are building up the engineering team in DK, you have a unique chance for helping us create the right setup and set your mark on things.

The exact role will depend on the experience and competence you come with.

Responsibilities (depending on clients and projects)

• Planning, estimating and setting up the needed test with our clients
• Work with Systems Engineering in the early phases of the projects to establish test requirements and test strategy
• Creating, describing and documenting the needed test cases to verify the requirement
• Be the interface to our global Test Setup when applicable
• Work on establishing automatic test setup
• Perform necessary Test yourself, depending on setup and clients
• Support engineering and project team in all test matters
• Writing test plans and creating test cases for the product.
• Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
• Document test plans and test according to QMS used, e.g. based on FDA, MDR
• Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Preparing test reports for management.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent within engineering
• At least a few years of experience and a proven track-record within Testing of Medical Device products HW and or SW
• Minimum 3 years of experience with end-to-end product development
• Professional proficiency within oral and written English
• Danish spoken and written language will be a plus
• Test Certification like ISTQB is a plus
• Agile development Experience is desired
