Partner Marketing Manager

This is where you come in. As Partner Marketing Manager, you will be mandated to develop our marketing engagements with key go-to-market partners. Your objective will be to prove our value and worthiness for joint business opportunities, assist partners in market positioning and help drive the channel pipeline.

The role of Partner Marketing is critical for DigitalRoute’s continued business success. It plays an important role in the marketing team and requires creative thinking, a commitment to building strong working relationships, and an ambition to contribute to the company’s partner-led growth.

To be the legend we are looking for, you’ll already thrive in tackling and taking ownership of multi-party situations, to come up with solutions that drive a business forwards at pace.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for helping to grow DigitalRoute’s business, in the form of pipeline creation, through partner channels by creating demand (awareness and preference) for the DigitalRoute products and capabilities.​

Your key responsibilities consist of:​

  • Identifying and articulating the key market segments and opportunities we will pursue with key channel partners​
  • Developing joint marketing plans with our chosen partners​
  • Developing our partner proposition and implementing it in key channels such as our partner webpage​
  • Leveraging through packaging and contextualization, the content being created in the marketing organization to engage with partners​
  • Creating scalable marketing programs that can be used for demand generation with customers, as well as education and enablement for partner stakeholders​
  • Driving participation at selected events by leading projects to achieve ROI and deliver on desired outcomes​
  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with partner marketing peers
  • Evaluating the marketing performance of partners and recommending improvements​
  • Working closely with the internal partner management team and contributing to engagement, alignment, and execution planning

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of B2B software partner marketing or product marketing experience, ideally with SaaS solutions within a technology company​
  • Experience in dealing with software provider marketplaces, audiences, and selling motions across multiple industry verticals
  • Even better: Experience or an understanding of our core market (usage data management or data mediation)​
  • Good experience in measuring campaign or project ROI, understanding and interpreting marketing performance reports, and communicating their results​
  • Experience working with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels of a business​
  • Experience in developing sales-facing enablement materials demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills​
  • Education to a degree level, or with equivalent work experience​
  • Self-motivation, being highly organized, and with the ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail
