Who is our new Performance Marketer?
We are looking for a person full of ideas that isn’t afraid to express their creative and analytical side to achieve success through our digital channels. You have the courage to believe in your own ideas while being responsive to colleagues and the rest of the organization and can determine what needs to be prioritized to achieve our goals in an expansive and changing phase.
As the team's first performance marketer, you'll take full ownership for your own tasks. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating with other people as you will be in close dialogue with several different departments and markets across the company. You will also as be acting as a buyer towards digital partners and agencies.
A large part of your day will be spent in digital tools to analyze and monitor the performance of our website and paid channels. You are brilliant at pinpointing what we can do better and can easily communicate it to your colleagues. We’ve always conducted our growth journey in a “professional, yet easy-going” manner and we believe that this description fits you too. In addition to analytical work, you will also act out your creative side by making your own ads and tweaking various digital campaigns. You can naturally switch focus between analytics and creativity to quickly optimize and test what works and what doesn’t.
At least 3-4 years experience from digital marketing and comfortable working with SEM, SMM and PPC
Experience working in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads and can easily manage and visualize data using Google Analytics, Google Datastudio or other smart tracking tools.
Experience working towards set targets and KPIs.
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Previous experience from working cross-functionally between departments and with external partners.
Proficiency in English is a requirement. It’s also to your advantage if you know one or more of the languages that we speak in our different markets.
It’s preferred that you have worked internationally across different markets and have experience from marketing in B2B, tech or SaaS.
Who will you be working with?
With a strong and dedicated marketing team at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and adapt it to our local markets with the help of a growing team of local marketers. You will join a team of 9 people with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, web development and more. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we share a passion for music and just having fun together.
