Acne Studios is recruiting an experienced Global People Compliance Manager, with the task of the overall responsibility for payroll- and benefits-related processes globally. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of global People policies, insurance and compliance programs. You will also ensure applicable company policies and global regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will actively participate in providing guidance and global expertise for all questions relating Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, Labour Law and Compliance.

This is a role where you will get the opportunity to join a global fashion house and play a key role in moving Acne Studios’ business forward and maintaining business continuity in the Compensation & Benefit, Compliance and HR area. The role
You will report to the People Director and be a part of the international people team, based in Stockholm at Acne Studios HQ. This is a full-time position where traveling may occur.

This role entails;

  • Overall responsibility for Payroll- and benefits-related processes globally

  • Development and delivery of global People policies, insurances and compliance programs

  • Negotiating and managing vendor selection processes

  • Acting POC when partnering with legal counsels and payroll partners when entering new markets to ensure compliance

  • Responsibility for the pension setup and acting as POC for pension partners

  • Acting as POC for Swedish Social Insurance Agency and Swedish Tax Agency

  • Acting as GDPR responsible for people-related processes and ensure full company/department compliance for the same (incl. processes, actions, clean-ups)

  • Bachelor's degree in Law/Finance or equivalent

  • Substantial operational experience in the development, implementation and administration of People corporate-level policies

  • Substantial operational experience in a Global Compensation & Benefits/Payroll position

  • A strong track record in partnering with legal counsels, vendors and suppliers

  • Negotiation skills and experience of vendor selection processes

  • Knowledge of best practices in the global People compliance area

  • Strong administrative and MS Office skills (i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Professional fluency in English - verbal and written - is a must
