Wie wij zijn?

Wij zijn Sectra: een Zweedse wereldspeler op het gebied van Medical Imaging IT en op zoek naar jou! In Nederland zijn wij marktleider en helpen zorgprofessionals overzicht te houden over alle diagnostische beeldvorming zoals bv. CT en MRI scans. Wij creëren één persoonlijke digitale werkplek die plaats onafhankelijk is en toegang geeft tot alle relevante diagnostische applicaties en beelden. Onze oplossingen stellen o.a. Radiologen, Cardiologen en Pathologen in staat patiënten te volgen, eenvoudig onderzoeks- resultaten te vergelijken en diagnoses nog sneller en preciezer te stellen.

Wat ga jij doen?

Jij komt te werken in een snelgroeiende organisatie met een dynamisch team en een open cultuur. Je werkt nauw samen binnen het lokale supportteam en onderhoudt banden met collega’s uit de hele wereld.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Enterprise Image Management systemen waar onze klanten dagelijks mee werken. Samen met het team zorg jij ervoor dat deze probleemloos blijven werken. Met geavanceerde tools duik je in hun systeem om de oorzaak te achterhalen. Hulp van onze internationale collega’s kan hierbij nodig zijn. Als je de oplossing gevonden hebt, stem je die zorgvuldig af met de klant om de continuïteit van de zorg te waarborgen. Is jouw oplossing ook van belang voor andere Sectra klanten dan ga je dat preventief organiseren en uitrollen.

Wekelijks overleg je met het team en deel je jouw bevindingen lokaal en internationaal. Regelmatig bezoek je onze klanten om patches en bug fixes uit te voeren. Je ontwikkelt je tot specialist, volgt regelmatig diverse interne- en externe trainingen en bezoekt soms ook je buitenlandse collega’s.

Jij

Jij hebt een flinke dosis ICT kennis en affiniteit met de gezondheidszorg. Met jouw analytisch vermogen help je graag anderen met het in kaart brengen van ICT problemen. Je neemt initiatief om deze op te lossen en te voorkomen bij andere klanten. Jij bent praktisch, flexibel, klantgericht en leergierig, maar ook in staat te relativeren met gevoel voor humor.

Wat wij bieden

Jij gaat als Customer Support Engineer aan de slag met een breed scala van technisch uitdagende vraagstukken op het gebied van HL7, Python scripting, DICOM, Windows Server, Networking en SQL databases. Je helpt om onze nr. 1 positie te behouden en nieuwe markten te veroveren en hebt er plezier in om het beste uit jezelf en anderen te halen.

We lunchen dagelijks samen, hebben maandelijks een Rocking Friday en ondernemen ook buiten het werk gezamenlijk activiteiten zoals borrels, sporten of team uitjes. Op deze manier zorgen voor een goede sfeer en behalen we samen de successen. Het betreft een full-time functie (40 uur) salaris en bonus zijn marktconform.
