KPMG is looking for a dedicated HR Business Advisor to drive and support the people & culture agenda.
As a HR Business Advisor at KPMG, you deliver professional HR advice and support to leaders in the areas of business planning, performance development, employment, labor law, work environment, wellbeing, organizational & culture design and change management. You will be dedicated to drive and support the people agenda within a business function which requires a strategic perspective as well as hands-on work.
You will be part of a highly professional, energetic, and fun People & Culture team. Our mission is to deliver excellent advice and services to support the firm’s ambitious growth and performance agenda.
Some of the responsibilities and tasks for the role:
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Human Resources within a similar role, preferably in professional services or consultancy firm.
You are a relationship rockstar who gains trust trough an effective and highly professional and service minded approach. You are proactive, well organized, result-driven and share our high-quality mindset. Lastly but not least we are looking for a positive and resilient team player with a sense of humor.
