HR Business Advisor to KPMG

KPMG is looking for a dedicated HR Business Advisor to drive and support the people & culture agenda.
As a HR Business Advisor at KPMG, you deliver professional HR advice and support to leaders in the areas of business planning, performance development, employment, labor law, work environment, wellbeing, organizational & culture design and change management. You will be dedicated to drive and support the people agenda within a business function which requires a strategic perspective as well as hands-on work.
You will be part of a highly professional, energetic, and fun People & Culture team. Our mission is to deliver excellent advice and services to support the firm’s ambitious growth and performance agenda.
Some of the responsibilities and tasks for the role:
- Plan, implement and support execution of all HR processes accordingly to the yearly cycle
- Work closely with management to secure talent long term e.g., workforce planning, people analytics, succession, performance & talent management.
- Drive activities to improve wellbeing, build culture, and increase productivity and retention
- Daily managerial support, HR advising and coaching in all aspects of HR.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling in performance & career development/improvement).
- Enable growth according to business plan through a close collaboration with the Talent acquisition team.
- Guide in employment and total rewards & recognition processes.
- Key role in organizational and cultural changes, and negotiations with local unions.
- Continuous contribute to simplify, improve and harmonize ways of working in people business processes for an excellent people experience through entire employee lifecycle.
- Enable Leadership development and emphasizes diversity, equity & inclusion to ensure that KPMGs culture welcomes a diverse workforce.
- Secure excellent and effective employee/union relations.
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Human Resources within a similar role, preferably in professional services or consultancy firm.
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources
- 5-10 years’ experience as a HR generalist or HR Business Partner
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of people management, labor laws and regulations
- Effective communicator with fluency in English and Swedish are required
