Consumer Analyst

Then we have a great opportunity for you to utilize those skills alongside great colleagues, in a team where we seek to drive impact with the use of data each day. We are seeking several new colleagues to our consumer analytics team and are looking for both experienced and newly graduated people

The Consumer Analytics team is responsible for utilizing data, modelling, and analytical tools to bring insights to relevant stakeholders, and to transform these insights into business value in terms of higher income, lower cost and/or higher customer satisfaction.

Consequently, your main task will be to analyze large amounts of data using SAS (or similar software), which implies that you need to have an analytical mindset, and a good understanding of large data sets.

Furthermore, you would function as an analytical partner, to the different stakeholders within a specific product area, and your main target will be to support their decision-making using data driven analytics. This implies that you also need to be able to communicate complex matters in a simple way, and be able to translate your analysis into concrete actions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

As Consumer Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of tasks and many different people across the organization. Your main tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Support stakeholders in the consumer function in decision making with data driven insights, and proactively suggest business improvements
  • Work with different business cases related to product development, marketing initiatives or our partnerships
  • Supporting the consumer function with budget and forecasting, including impact and initiative analysis based on data insights
  • Creating and maintaining different reports used by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis related to our CRM activities, ensuring greater effect of these
  • Support in the development of our data foundation

  • Business understanding (financials, product dynamics, market knowledge)
  • Super user of both Excel and Power Point

Preferred Experience & Education

  • Work experience in the field of data and analytics or FP&A is an advantage
  • Experience from working with SAS and/or SQL programming is an advantage
  • Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Quantitative Methods or similar is preferred
