About the Enterprise Client Success Team Leader
You will lead a dedicated Enterprise Account Management team in the Japan region and focus on key strategies to maintain our existing client base and increase growth opportunities. You will be responsible for developing key retention and growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans, as well as hiring, developing and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Your background in relationship and client management coupled with experience in team leadership will enable you to develop strategies and enhance our team’s capabilities in Japan.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence Meltwater’s overall success and growth in Japan. The role will be based in Tokyo and require Japanese and English language capabilities.
