Role Purpose

The VP Revenue Management will Identify opportunities and drive yield increase initiatives to deliver on Expeditions future development and growth targets. You will also collaborate with both Commercial and other functions in Expeditions to optimize future revenue.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • A strategic mindset of both short-term and long-term around net revenue and gross revenue
  • Ensure a holistic view on both presold and onboard revenue across HRX products both in planning and in delivery (onboard ships)
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive through commercial and yield increase initiatives across the organization. Also, drive a commercial mindset across the organization
  • Lead loading efforts to ensure correct content displayed to customers and scalable sales systems
  • Constantly monitor competitor activities and performance, and establish measures based on learnings
  • Monitor sales performance on HRX products in different markets and continuously ensure profit-maximizing measures
  • Responsible for driving a robust and reliable forecasting process

Collaboration & Interfaces

  • Close collaboration with Commercial on go-to-market strategies, sales performance, price strategies, and campaigns
  • Strategic advisor in the Itinerary & Voyage planning processes on business case and top-line potential
  • Support Finance on forecasting, reporting and profit-maximizing measures
  • Part of HR X Commercial leadership team
