Would you like to lead the supply chain function in Norway for Lantmännen Cerealia?
As a member of the Norwegian leadership team, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible to balance demand and supply through the S&OP process, optimize the order to delivery process and continuously improve together with our external warehouse and transport suppliers. You have a small team of three, holding specialty competences within: demand and supply planning, logistics and customer service. You work closely with all internal functions to operate in alignment with business objectives and strategy. You work closely with our 3rd party suppliers and enjoy the commercial dialogues with sales and our customers.
The Supply Chain Manager reports to Head of Supply Chain Nordics to ensure harmonized processes and cross-country collaboration but operates locally to deliver the country business objectives and result.
Within your responsibility:
- Set objectives and budget, in alignment with company direction and Norwegian business unit agenda
- Ensure operational execution of business targets e.g. cost-efficiency, service level, inventory level
- Lead and develop the S&OP process within your business unit as the backbone for business planning
- Discover, lead negotiations and partner with trustworthy Logistic providers
- Ensure inbound, warehouse and outbound logistics setup that runs smoothly and cost effectively
- Ensure that all activities are handled in line with quality and food safety regulations and standards
- Contribute to the formulation of next level business/functional strategies
- Manage and motivate employees to meet their targets and develop within the company

Skills & Requirements
You have:
- Relevant supply chain experience, preferably within a producing food company dealing with material- and production, planning, distribution, and warehousing
- Proven track record negotiating with suppliers, running and administrating the tender/buying process
- Great understanding of commercial and financial concepts
- Confidence to challenge, curiosity to learn, and passion to engage and lead your team and stakeholders
- Proactive approach and take ownership in actively proposing and implementing solutions for improvements
- Master’s degree or equivalent, with 5+ years’ supply chain experience
- Excellent spoken and written Norwegian and English skills
