In the role as Product Owner Onboarding you will lead the development of Sambla Group’s customer onboarding experience on site across all Sambla Group brands and markets. Onboarding is a critical step in the customer journey and will impact customer satisfaction as well as business value. Hundreds of thousands of customers will use your platforms and will provide you with instant feedback on your team’s deliveries. You will also leverage external partners and integrate them into our onboarding flow to decrease the customer friction and acquire high quality data.

Manage the onboarding on a strategic, tactical and operative level
You will work closely with colleagues from the UX field and development team to push product discovery
Shape your backlog/roadmap
Execute on quarterly goals and targets
As a Product Owner Onboarding at Sambla Group, we believe that you have a couple of years of working experience in a similar field (e-commerce, website development, CRO) and have ideally worked with digital customer journeys with a high focus on conversion have worked with data driven product development. We value experience in A/B testing and related tools and platforms. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gets motivated by taking ownership and working towards ambitious goals. Furthermore, you have a high analytical and creative mindset, and are a team player that values a good team culture and collaboration.
Must have:
Experience from digital customer journeys
Experience from product development as Product Manager, Product Owner or similar roles
Fluency in English
Analytical skills and mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor degree (or higher) in relevant field
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience from FinTech
Experience with agile development or Scrum
Understanding of concepts within UX and UI
Experience from Hotjar or other similar tracking tools
Experience from Power BI or other similar BI tools
Experience from Google Analytics or other similar analytics tools
Experience in SQL
Fluency in Swedish
