About the role:
You’ll be the face of the company interacting with our important stakeholders – end-users, clients and partners. You will efficiently resolve customer support cases and guide our stakeholders from a technical and product perspective through the user-journey.
You are keen on being informed and keeping up to date in all different aspects of the product to have a good and solid knowledge level and be prepared to offer best-in-class service to our stakeholders.
Besides that, you will be doing customary administrative tasks such as opening snail mail and sorting material.
You are effective, structured and have an eye for details.
You’re a fast learner and easily grasp new information.
You are as good working independently as you are a team player.
You’re easy-going and love taking initiatives.
Finnish and English languages are required, Swedish is a plus
