We are looking for a dedicated Physical Security site manager for Ett (Skellefteå) to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. You will join our passionate security team and will report to the CSO/CISO of Northvolt.
As our “Physical Security Site Manager” you will be overall responsible for that the site has the right level of physical security protection and with that complies with Northvolt´s physical security requirements, and make sure all security related topics are taken care of by yourself or one of the Security team colleagues.
You're offered an exciting everyday life filled with variety tasks, challenges and problem solving as you have an important role in continuously developing and maintaining the physical security routines and the physical security work at site during construction and production. You will play a key role in supporting and finding good solutions together with the business regarding physical security and you will collaborate with internal and external contacts. You will work close to our production and at the core of the business, to ensure the protection of the company, the business, and our colleagues.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure implementation of Northvolt´s physical security requirements are done at site as well as regularly reviewed, inspected, initiate actions and make sure execution is done.
- Define, continuously develop, and implement local physical security procedures, requirements, and trainings if needed
at the site. - Continuously improve the work of/for the security guards including right level-, type-, equipment-, and numbers to protect the site and that requirements/descriptions are clear.
- Ensure that physical security risk- and threat/vulnerability analysis are done regularly and that they´re reported, investigated, have proposed actions as well as executed on.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- A MSc/BSc/University degree in Information Security, Computer and Systems Sciences or comparable work experience.
- 10+years of work experience in and proof of the Physical security area.
- Experience of practical work and proof of achievements regarding defining, implementing and continuously improve Physical security at a site/company.
- Experience from leading virtual teams as well as direct reports and proof of ability to inspire teams/employees.
- Experience from and proof of turning strategies into tactical plans.
- Deep insights in both local and global surroundings as well as new techniques and trends.
Bonus points for:
- Relevant security certifications are a plus.
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
