As bike operations specialist you will be part of enthusiastic team that is working on successful business model of Epassi Bike benefit. You will be able to develop the processes, ways of working and communicate with different stakeholders inside and outside company.

Tasks:

• Handling the bike benefit orders
• Making the financial applications in digital portal
• Making and handling the limit applications to the financial organization
• Being a point of contact to bike shops and bike benefit users via email and phone.
• Checking the bills for bike purchases and reinvoicing

Skills:

• In this role, Finnish and English languages must have on an excellent level
• Swedish language is an asset
• Independent and organized ways of working
