As an employee of the Hotel Operations Department, you are responsible for a large number of onboard Systems to be maintained and supported.
Your journey with us looks like this:
• You are supporting our seafarers daily with our onboard ERP and related systems.
• You will be part of configuring and implementing our new ERP system with all the food & beverage, consumables, and sales items, and maintaining the data.
• You will be responsible for the data management and controlling of the onboard inventory.
• You will be working closely with our team in Hamburg to develop a global logistic plan.
• You will be travelling to our ships and provide onboard training to our crew including designing and implementing training material, and support in recruitment.
• You are working closely with our shipboard and shore teams for the end of month processes.
Are you an expert explorer?
• You have an excellent knowledge of ship and shore operation within the cruise industry
• You have a good understanding of shipping and inventory IT systems.
• You have a very good knowledge of analyzing Data and work with Excel and Power Point.
• You have excellent communication skills, and you are able to inspire our team on board.
Are you ready for your adventure?
• You are a self-organizer, who is able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• You are producing workable solutions to a range of problems with an analytical mind but at the same time you are focusing on the needs and satisfaction of our costumer
• You are able to bring complex topics into a power point presentation and tailored it to the audience
• You are “results driven” in achieving revenue and cost targets
• You are a fluent in speaking and writing English
