Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager for Ett, you will be an integral part of the People & Growth team for the site. You will take full ownership of the setup of the Workplace at Ett and lead the work to enable Growth both on Site and the infrastructure in Skellefteå together with the municipality and other stakeholders. You will be in the driver seat and part of the journey of a growing workplace and a growing city.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take the responsibility to make Ett a great place to work from a workplace perspective
- Provide data and statistics in relevant areas
- Execute on cross functional projects
- Responsible for relocation to Ett
- Responsible for Spouse Program at Ett
- Responsible for Events at Ett
- Work in close collaboration with Skellefteå Municipality, private and public schools, real-estate-, and housing developers to ensure sufficient infrastructure in the region.
- Be responsible for the workplace areas at Ett, including offices, barracks, canteens, pantries, changing rooms and reception etc.
- Lead a workplace team of 7 employees.
- Oversee multiple project teams across organizational disciplines to secure delivery
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the daily activities in the workplace at Ett together with the team
- Weekly/Monthly meetings with Municipality and other stakeholders
- Be an active member of the P&G Management team at Ett
- Be the focal point of contact for all growth matters at Ett
Accountability/authorization:
- Budget responsibility: Yes
- Direct reports: Yes
- Authorized decide on investments according to role and policy

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications/education/experience:
- Project management experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Experience form the urban and rural development and housing industry
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Valuable (but not required) if fluency in other languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Specific skills :
- Leadership experience minimum 5 years
