LIMS Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and driven LIMS Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Quality team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in contributing to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories by being responsible for configuring and maintaining LIMS master data and templates used throughout the LIMS system. You will support and coordinate master data such as parameters, parameter lists, test methods, AQC batch, products, specifications, sample plans based on analytical test method procedures, production batch records and product specifications. You will also provide user support and training as well as provide support for system enhancements and performance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Configure LIMS/ELN test methods and templates
  • Assist with the integration of business processes in the LIMS.
  • Support the administration of LIMS and related quality systems as needed.
  • Training and documentation for employees who use the LIMS

Skills & Requirements


Education/Experience requirements :

  • Bachelor or MSc degree
  • Knowledge of LabWare LIMS or similar IT tool implementations and operations
  • System administration experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF16949, TQM
  • Experienced in problem solving, process optimization or lean six sigma projects

We believe that you have:

  • Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
  • Highly organized and results driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Advanced experience with MS Office
  • An eye for detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
