Job Description

SOGETI is looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to strengthen our Recruitment team!

Your challenge :

By becoming a full member of the dynamic Recruitment Team you will follow and carry out recruitment processes from A to Z:

  • To liaise with different stakeholders to determine recruitment needs and targeted profiles;
  • To search potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, use of headhunters and career fairs;
  • To conduct first candidate’s interviews;
  • To coordinate the performance of technical interviews and collect feedback;
  • To be involved in the contracting proposals and organization of onboardings sessions;
  • To actively participate in Campus recruitment.
Skills & Requirements

To succeed in your mission you need :

  • To hold a degree in Human Resources;
  • To have a first proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within IT recruitment;
  • To be able to collaborate with internal departments;
  • To have knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants;
  • To be curious, resilient, emphatic and eager to learn;
  • To act as a real team player and being able to work independently as well;
  • To have great communication skills;
  • To have a good command in French and English.
