Your job in one paragraph

You are part of Capgemini Invent, the management consulting arm of the Capgemini Group. As Senior Change Management Consultant, you will work on large-scale change projects that are of strategic importance for (inter)nationally operating companies, so that they can optimally respond to digital developments. Within the Program & Change Acceleration team, we focus on the combination of the following areas: tech-enabled transformations, organizational change and behavioral change. For example, consider an organizational change due to the implementation of IT systems and its impact on the way of working, roles and responsibilities. Another example is an organization that is going to work more data-driven and therefore needs to change processes and culture. You think along about what steps and actions are needed to realize change. Furthermore, you guide teams and leaders during transformations. You ensure that the results of the change are sustainable and you lay a foundation for continuous improvement. For this, you will use the latest change insights and digital tools from our international Capgemini network.
