About you
In your profession as a Project Manager, your will be engaged within the Sales cycle to ensure correct scoping of projects and helping the customers understand and be prepared for project/program requirements, and timelines.
You will be responsible drive both best practices, lessons learned within the project management discipline and to align this the rest of the organization. You will also take lead in your project management team to educate and mentor. Experience and senior in gathering requirements, risk assessment, scope management, time management, resource and project planning and alignment, within budget, and correct documentation.
It is crucial for nShift to combine our best available resources and strengthening our abilities in scoping and implementing successful customer projects. We expect familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and with good judgment and strong leadership plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others and possess interpersonal skills. Achieving balance of, and the right priority, from multiple deliverables within the project/programs.
Responsibility includes:
Project Management: Ensure all projects are executed and continue to be viable throughout the project lifecycle. Project should be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the excellence of projects execution.
POC: Serve as nShift’s point of contact throughout the project lifecycle towards our customers.
Methodology: Ensure all projects are compliant with the nShift project management framework and/or with the framework as agreed with the customer.
Signed documents: Define and conclude a signed statement of work (SOW) with customer before project is started. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Documentation: Ensure projects are managed through nShift chosen project management tool (NetSuite).
Budget compliance: Ensure all projects are executed in line with the approved budget. Meet budgetary objectives. Project time/cost need to be forecasted, tracked and invoiced to customer within the agreed cadence. Deviations to scope must be tracked accordingly via a separate Change Request process.

How long have you worked for nShift?
As of 1st of May 2021, I am working for nShift in my current role as VP for Professional Services. In conjunction with my leadership team, I am leading the Consultancy and Project Management teams within nShift. The team is based in 6 countries and within 9 different locations.

The fact that we working for some many great customers both domestic and International with a fantastic team of colleagues based in so many locations and countries.

What difference will this role make to nShift if I join?
