Summer Internship 2023

At Lantmännen, we believe that everything we do is connected – from planting a seed in the field to making the most out of every resource. That’s why we develop and invest in sustainable and innovative farming, efficient machinery, bio-refineries and high-quality food. That means that we need curious and passionate people and right now, we’re looking for summer interns that want to be part of our broad Group – from field to fork.

Are you ready to gain real work experience in a company that truly act as an accelerator for your future career? Do you want to work with actual challenges and projects that can make a real difference in our company?

If so, our Summer Internship is the perfect opportunity for you to apply to! This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative team while still at university, setting the path for your future career.

This is what you will do
During our Summer Internship you will get first-hand experience of what a career in Lantmännen is like. The program is designed to give students an intensive immersion in the exciting, innovative and challenging environment we work in. You will join a professional team somewhere within our group, either in one of our sectors: Agriculture, Food, Energy, Swecon or Real Estate – or at Group Functions and you will be entrusted with real projects and tasks to execute and present over the course of your time with us.

Examples of what former summer interns have worked with are: financial planning, digital assets within e-commerce, process refinement, digital analysis, carbon footprint calculation et cetera.

As a Summer Intern you will have a full–time and paid temporary employment that is around five to eight weeks distributed over June to August 2023, as decided together with your supervisor. You will be working from one of our offices or sites.
